Welcome to Digital Landia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Digital Landia's website, applications, APIs, and services, including our AI frameworks, blockchain subnet technologies, and innovative solutions like AgenticPet.AI (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

By uploading, submitting, storing, sending, or receiving content to or through our Services, you grant Digital Landia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such content for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and the consequences of sharing it. Digital Landia does not endorse any content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed in the content, and we expressly disclaim any liability in connection with user content.

Certain Services may require payment. By subscribing to a paid Service, you agree to pay all fees associated with the Service as specified during the registration process or otherwise on the website.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with your use of the Services in a timely manner with a valid payment method.
Digital Landia reserves the right to change the fees for any Service at any time, provided that, for subscription Services, the change will become effective only at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. DIGITAL LANDIA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
DIGITAL LANDIA MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DIGITAL LANDIA, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL DIGITAL LANDIA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO DIGITAL LANDIA FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY OR (B) $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Digital Landia, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, using the English language in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect, by one commercial arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes.
Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, each party shall have the right to institute an action in a court of proper jurisdiction for injunctive or other equitable relief pending a final decision by the arbitrator.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Landia regarding the use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Digital Landia relating to your use of the Services.
